Service Area: We ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. States only.

Carriers & Tracking

Wheels are shipped via FedEx Ground.
Smaller items ship via USPS.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you the day your order ships (if your email was provided during the time of purchase).

Packaging & Receiving Your Order

Inspect Before Installation: Please inspect your order for damage upon arrival, before mounting a tire.
Installed Items Cannot Be Returned: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have had a tire mounted.
Damaged in Transit? Contact us immediately at 1-800-311-2602 or order@factorywheelreplacement.com. We will handle the damage claim and arrange a refund after we inspect the damage.
Professional Packaging: Every order is professionally packaged with materials like plastic, mesh covers, foam, hard plastic lip rings, and cardboard to ensure safe arrival.
