We ship our alloy wheels Monday-Friday through FedEx ground. Smaller orders, like center caps and tire pressure sensors, will ship through USPS. Most orders placed before 4pm eastern will ship the same business day. Tracking numbers will be emailed to customers the day the items ship. FedEx tracking numbers can be tracked at www.FedEx.com, or by calling FedEx at 1-800-Go-FedEx (1-800-463-3339). And USPS tracking numbers can be tracked at www.USPS.com. If there are any issues with a shipment, please let us know ASAP so we can look into it.
We will package your order well. Please inspect your order well when you receive it. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged during shipping, please do not use/install the item. We cannot exchange or take back an item that has been installed (tire mounted). If damaged, we will file a damage claim and arrange a quick exchange. At this time we are only shipping ground service to the contiguous 48 U.S. States. Below is a map that gives an ETA of shipping times. Expedited shipping service is extremely expensive for the size and weight of wheel boxes so we are only shipping ground service. All products are offered with free ground shipping on our website!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund or exchange. If any mistake is made by us or if your order is damaged during shipping, we will cover shipping both ways and you will NOT be charged a restocking fee. You will only be subject to pay for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee to pay for the original shipping cost when you ordered wrong or no longer need your order. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
